ORVYTTerms of Use
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the website and the internal staff work system (the “Services”) operated by ORVYT Co., Ltd. (“ORVYT”).
2. Website
ORVYT owns the rights to the text, images and design of the website. They may not be copied or distributed for commercial purposes without our permission.
3. Who may use the work system
- Only staff registered by ORVYT and representatives of contracted partners may use the work system.
- Users sign in only with their own Google account registered by ORVYT and may not share or lend it.
- ORVYT may suspend access immediately when a user is no longer eligible, for example after leaving the company or when a contract ends.
4. User obligations
- Users do not download music or materials from the work system for non-work purposes or share them outside the company. Particular care must be taken to keep unreleased music from leaking.
- Users do not enter false records.
- Users report any security issue to ORVYT promptly.
5. Uploaded music and rights
Rights to music and materials created for work and uploaded to the work system follow the individual agreements (employment or service contracts) between the user and ORVYT.
6. AI check results
AI detection scores and evidence shown in the work system are for reference only. ORVYT does not deny credit or take action against anyone based on detection results alone; a person reviews the track before any decision.
7. Changes and interruptions
ORVYT may change or temporarily stop the Services for maintenance, failures or equipment replacement, and will give notice in advance where possible.
8. Personal information
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over ORVYT's head office.
